psdtuts.com has always had some of the best PhotoShop tutorials IMO but this The Ultimate Wood Texture Tutorial really blew my mind as far as just how real the effect came out and with Kyle Pero's easy to follow steps it was quite easy as well :thumbsup:

Here is what the final result looks like completely created in PS :o
